Kathmandu / The Ninth Nepal Wood International Expo, 2024 commenced in Bhrikutimandap here today. 
The three-day event is jointly organised by Media Space Solutions Pvt Ltd and India's Futurex Trade Fair and Events Pvt Ltd. 

As the organisers claimed, it is Nepal's largest exhibition on wood and woodworking machinery, furniture production technologies, tools and fittings, interior design, accessories, raw materials and products. It aims to inform visitors about latest wood products and new wood technologies in furniture production industry. 

Media Space Solutions managing director Sirjal Bhattarai said woodworking companies from Nepal, India, China, Taiwan, and Malaysia are taking part in the fair. The expo will conclude on Sunday.
